Version v3-2026-10-08 · Effective October 8, 2026
These terms apply to the PickBot affiliate program (Part A) and to complimentary creator access (Part B).
How these terms are organised
| Part | Applies to | How you get in |
|---|---|---|
| Part A — Affiliate Program | every affiliate | Automatic. Sign up in the affiliate portal and you are approved immediately. |
| Part B — Complimentary Creator Access | approved Creators only | Separate request, reviewed by hand. Joining Part A does not give you Part B. |
Part A’s rules apply to everyone, including Creators. Where Part B adds a rule for Creators, both apply.
PART A — AFFILIATE PROGRAM (everyone)
A1. Joining is automatic
- Anyone aged 21 or older can join at pickbotsports.referly.so. Your affiliate account is approved automatically and your personal referral link is available straight away.
- Joining is free. There is no sales quota and no required number of posts.
- Joining does not give you access to the PickBot Inner Circle. Complimentary access is a separate benefit, reviewed by hand (Part B).
- Automatic approval does not exempt anyone from these rules. PickBot may suspend or remove any affiliate for a defined violation (A8).
A2. What you earn: 30% recurring
- You earn 30% of each successful paid PickBot Inner Circle payment made by a customer who subscribes through your referral link.
- It is recurring: you earn on each of that customer’s later eligible Inner Circle payments for as long as they stay subscribed, subject to A6.
- Commission is earned only on money actually collected:
- free-trial periods earn nothing;
- refunded, reversed or charged-back payments are not eligible, and any commission on them is removed.
- Only the PickBot Inner Circle subscription earns commission. Other PickBot products do not.
- Example of the arithmetic only — not a projection: one $29.99 monthly payment × 30% ≈ $9.00. PickBot makes no promise about how many people you will refer or what you will earn.
A3. How referrals are tracked
- Referrals are tracked by the affiliate portal through your personal link.
- A referral is credited when a customer who arrived through your link subscribes within the attribution window, which is 60 days.
- If tracking cannot show that a sale came through your link, no commission is owed for that sale.
- Do not ask people to clear cookies, use special browsers or take other steps to manipulate tracking.
A4. Commissions are approved by hand
- Every commission is reviewed and approved manually by PickBot before it can be paid. Automatic enrollment does not mean automatic approval of commissions or automatic payment.
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer’s payment. A refund during that period removes it.
- PickBot may hold a commission while it reviews a dispute, a chargeback or suspected fraud, and will tell you if it does.
A5. Payouts: PayPal
- Approved commissions are paid by PayPal, monthly, once your approved balance is at least $20. Smaller balances carry forward to the next month.
- You enter your own PayPal email address in your affiliate portal. PickBot never asks for payout or payment details by email, chat, social media or any website form, and you should never send them that way.
- Your PayPal email must belong to you and must match your PayPal account exactly, or the payment may be held or returned by PayPal.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
A6. Leaving the program, and termination
- Commissions you have already earned stay payable. Legitimate commissions earned on payments collected before you leave or are removed remain payable. They are still subject to:
- the 30-day holding period and manual approval;
- refunds, reversals and chargebacks;
- disputes;
- documented fraud adjustments.
Commissions connected to fraud are not payable. - If you leave voluntarily, by closing your affiliate account or telling PickBot you are leaving, you keep earning recurring commission on eligible Inner Circle payments from customers you referred before you left, for as long as those customers keep paying.
- If PickBot terminates you for a defined violation (A8), commission on payments collected on or after the effective termination date stops. PickBot will tell you the effective date by email. Earned commissions on earlier payments remain payable under A6.1, except any connected to fraud.
A7. Promotion rules (everyone)
- Honest recommendations only, based on your own experience. Do not claim results you have not seen or present PickBot’s picks as your own.
- Never promise outcomes. No “guaranteed wins”, “locks”, “can’t lose”, “free money”, invented or selectively chosen results, or claims about what anyone will earn — from betting or from the affiliate program.
- Responsible gambling. Promote only to adults aged 21 or older, and only where sports betting is legal. Never target minors. Do not encourage people to bet more than they can afford.
- Disclosure, every time.
- Whenever you link to or recommend PickBot, clearly say that you may earn a commission.
- Put the disclosure next to the link or mention, where people see it before they click, and say it out loud in video or audio.
- Use the platform’s paid-partnership label where one exists, in addition to plain words.
- Prohibited practices:
- spam: unsolicited bulk messages, email, comments or DMs, or posting links where a community’s rules forbid them;
- fake reviews, fake accounts or sock-puppet accounts;
- self-referrals, or referring people you control, to earn commission;
- cookie stuffing, hidden links, forced clicks, misleading redirects or other tracking manipulation;
- bidding on “PickBot” or “PickBot Sports” as search-ad keywords, or using them in ad copy, domain names or account names;
- pretending to be PickBot, or implying you speak for PickBot;
- posting PickBot’s paid Inner Circle picks or messages anywhere, or sharing an invite link.
A8. Defined violations
PickBot may suspend or remove an affiliate, disable their links, and apply A6.3 for any of these:
- Spam (A7.5).
- Fraud or attempted fraud: self-referral, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or payment fraud.
- Misleading or false claims, including guaranteed outcomes or income claims (A7.1–A7.2).
- Failing to disclose (A7.4).
- Targeting minors, or promoting where sports betting is illegal (A7.3).
- Brand-keyword bidding or impersonation (A7.5).
- Redistributing or reselling Inner Circle content, or sharing an invite link (A7.5).
PickBot will tell you by email, with the effective date. During a fraud investigation, PickBot may first put the affected commissions on hold.
A9. Changes and ending
- PickBot may change these terms for the future, with email notice. A change never reduces commissions already earned on payments collected before the change.
- You can leave at any time by closing your affiliate account or emailing PickBot. A6 then applies.
PART B — COMPLIMENTARY CREATOR ACCESS (approved Creators only)
B1. A separate, reviewed benefit
- Complimentary Inner Circle access is not part of the affiliate program. You request it at pickbotsports.com/creator-program/apply/ and PickBot reviews each request by hand.
- A Creator is a person PickBot has individually approved after that review. Joining the affiliate program does not make you a Creator, and becoming a Creator does not change your affiliate commission.
- Approval is at PickBot’s discretion. Submitting a request does not grant access.
B2. Competitor exclusion
PickBot does not approve anyone who operates, owns, sells or actively promotes a paid sports-picks service or competing betting-advice product. That includes paid picks, VIP or premium groups (for example Discord, Telegram, Patreon, Whop or Winible), pick subscriptions, tipster services and pick-selling websites. General sports commentary, analysis and fantasy content are not grounds for exclusion. If a Creator later starts such a service, PickBot may revoke the complimentary access (B5).
B3. What “lifetime” access means
“Approved creators receive complimentary access for the lifetime of the PickBot Inner Circle service. Stopping promotional activity or voluntarily leaving the affiliate program does not, by itself, end complimentary access. Access may be revoked for fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized redistribution or resale of paid content, misleading promotional claims, or other defined program violations. Access ends if the Inner Circle service permanently closes.”
“Other defined program violations” means the violations listed in A8 and B2. There is no expiry date, no quota and no posting requirement.
B4. The membership
- One complimentary Inner Circle membership per approved Creator, for the Creator’s own use.
- It is tied to the Creator’s own Telegram account. PickBot sends a personal invitation link that admits only that Creator. Anyone else who tries it is declined.
- It is personal and non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, shared, gifted or resold.
- Complimentary access creates no obligation to promote PickBot. If you do promote PickBot, Part A’s rules apply.
B5. Extra disclosure for Creators
Whenever a Creator mentions PickBot, they must disclose both:
- that they received complimentary PickBot Inner Circle access; and
- that they may earn a commission.
The A7.4 placement rules apply. For example:
“PickBot gave me free access to their Inner Circle, and I earn a commission if you join through my link. Picks aren’t guaranteed. 21+, bet responsibly.”
B6. Revocation
- PickBot may revoke complimentary access for a defined violation (A8) or the competitor rule (B2), and will tell you by email with the effective date.
- When access is revoked, your personal invitation link stops working and you may be removed from the Inner Circle.
- Revocation removes only the complimentary access PickBot granted. Any paid membership you hold is not affected.
- Your affiliate commissions are handled under A6.
B7. Accepting these terms
Before any access is issued, the Creator accepts these terms, version v3-2026-10-08, in one of two ways:
- by ticking the terms box on the request form; or
- by replying “I agree to the PickBot Affiliate & Creator Terms v3-2026-10-08” from the email address PickBot approved.
PickBot records the version and the date.
