Sports Data Hub
Eight leagues. One data model.
NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and WNBA at launch. Each sport gets its own page, built on the same normalized record so a stat means the same thing wherever you read it.

How the Hub is built
Licensed feed, normalized, cached, then shown.
Provider
TheSportsDB, under a paid licence. Server-side only, and swappable: the adapter is the only part of the site that knows whose data this is.
Adapter
PickBot's own normalized adapter. The presentation layer never sees a vendor's field names, so the site does not have to be rebuilt if the provider changes.
Cache
Server-side. The feed is never called from your browser, which protects both rate limits and page speed.
Provenance
Every displayed statistic carries its source and the time it was read. A figure with no provenance does not get displayed.
Nothing on these pages is a placeholder number. Every figure is either read directly from the licensed feed or computed by PickBot from completed results, and it carries the time it was read. Where we cannot establish a number to that standard — and for several leagues we currently cannot — the page says so and shows nothing. We would rather ship an honest gap than a convincing fake.
Additional league pages show schedules and final scores where provider coverage is available.
