Existing Inner Circle members can cancel, update their payment method and see their invoices themselves in the secure billing portal, powered by Stripe. No need to contact Support.
How to cancel
- Click Open the billing portal above.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout. Stripe emails you a secure sign-in link.
- Open that email and click the link.
- Click Cancel subscription, then confirm.
Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period. The portal shows the date your subscription ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Pauses are not available.

See your invoices and receipts, and update your payment method.

If the sign-in email does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used the email from checkout. PickBot Support can also cancel for you or answer billing questions.
